2015-01-20 · It looked neat enough, so I gave it a try for some test review I was doing this week. Plickers allows you to assess student learning through multiple choice or true/false questions. The program creates and allows you to print unique Plicker cards (QR Codes) which are then assigned to students in each class, when you upload your rosters.
There are iOS and Android apps as well as a web interface. Teachers can create single questions on the fly or select a set of questions from their personally curated libraries to add to their queue. Plickers happened to be one of those tools. I was prepared to use them - I even had the cards printed out - but I just didn't have the right opportunity.
